Server upgrade

This weekend, the mail server has been upgraded.
All sync scripts are being modified to have a synchronization done every 10 minutes on all mail boxes and total backup every 4 hours on remote main server.

All mail boxes are now backed up every 30 minutes. So, there is not much to worry about.

HOTMAIL

It looks like HOTMAIL is having serious problems with their mail servers. Mails to HOTMAIL are in queue waiting for them to be sent.
No mails are lost.

Another anti virus software

For more protection, a second anti virus program was installed on the smtp proxy. It is updated every 4 hours.

Webmail upgrade

The webmail client has been upgraded. In case you receive spam (which is extremely rare since we have done a lot of work the last 2 years to protect us from spammers), you can move it to the SPAM folder. The anti spam tool will analyse it and modify it’s database to better spam protection.
